Building repairs for 333 East 46th Street condo have required scaffolding on park property in accordance with DOB codes.  A plywood fence has been erected in Katharine Hepburn Garden and across the Plaza’s center performance circle, spanning a distance of approximately 180 linier feet and boxing off the woodland garden.  We are very concerned about damages to plant materials and are monitoring the situtation. Work should be completed sometime in February but is dependent upon weather conditions.
