National Night Out is an annual summer event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watches in which precincts organize anti-crime rallies with the participation of local business and civic organizations, including the Big Apple\’s  NYPD and our own neighborhood crime stoppers, the  17th Precinct Community Council.  Various Police Department units present displays, and other City, State and Federal agencies also take part.

There\’s always free food, entertainment and top brass. Meet your neighbors and local officials. Fun for the family.
